FAQ

Answers to the questions we receive most often about documentation, handling, shipping and ordering. If your question is not covered here, contact support.

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are synthetic molecules intended only for in-vitro laboratory study. They are not medications and are not for human consumption or injection.

Are these products medicines?

No. None of our products are prescription drugs or pharmaceuticals. They are raw research materials for lab use only.

What is a COA certificate?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a lab report that confirms purity and composition data for each peptide batch. It records the analytical method, the purity result and the lot identifier for that production run.

Where do you ship?

We ship to selected regions. Shipping restrictions apply based on local regulations. Check our shipping page for details.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All parcels are shipped in plain unmarked packaging with no reference to peptides or lab materials on the exterior.

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Long term storage at -20°C, protected from moisture and light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which degrade peptide purity over time.

Can I return an opened product?

No. Opened or reconstituted material cannot be returned because of contamination risk. Damaged shipments are covered by our refund policy.

Do you provide guidance on human use?

No. We cannot provide medical advice, dosing information or guidance on human administration of any research material.
